Co-Share spaces are becoming increasingly popular globally and Cohost West Bund had the goal of becoming the largest and most desirable in Shanghai by offering a new standard in this category.

Our aim was to create a unique waterfront brand on par with the Left Bank in Paris and the South Bank in London that could expand throughout other Tier 1 cities in China. We worked closely with the architects, developers and local communities to ensure there was an in-depth understanding of the area, its people and future plans for growth.

Since its launch in late 2018, Cohost has become one of the fastest growing precincts in Shanghai and continues to outperform expectations from occupancy through community activations and PR.
